    I dive deep into understanding the learners and the situation to uncover what's not working and why. This helps me plan my instructional strategy, conduct research, and define clear learning goals.

  • Design and Develop

    With my plan in hand, I bring the instruction to life. I design engaging content, craft materials, and create assessments. Using both authoring tools and other technology, I transform my ideas into a finished product.

  • Implement and Improve

    I put the instruction into action and closely monitor its impact. I’ll evaluate for effectiveness, and utilize feedback to make any necessary changes, ensuring the learners get the best possible outcome.
